Flat yellow noodle is fresh, slightly chewy with a pale yellow hue deep yellow color. Yellow noodle is made from oil, water, flour and salt, and the long, uncut noodles are considered a household staple. Common in stir fries and thick, starchy gravy, these noodles are the perfect complement to a meat broths and vegetables.
Flat yellow noodle is made with wheat flour, eggs, lye water (sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate) and salt which makes it high in carbohydrates almost the same as traditional pasta. Mostly sold pre-cooked and coated in oil.
