Laksa leaf also known as Persicaria odorata, is a herb whose leaves are used in Southeast Asian cooking. Commonly used for making laska.
The laksa leaves contains antioxidants, minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc, and vitamins A, B1, B2, niacin and C. It also being used as a traditional remedy for indigestion, dandruff and post-natal tonic.
