Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy
We deliver for free for orders above $60. Orders below $60 will incur a delivery fee of $8.
For failed delivery, an additional $15 charge will be incurred to make another trip.
We currently only deliver on Tuesday to Sunday from 8am-2pm. For special arrangements, please contact us directly at 98515528 and we will try our best to accommodate.
In the event where there is a delay in delivery due to vehicle breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances, our drivers will get in touch to notify you of the delay.
We take pride in ensuring our items remains fresh when delivered to you. Here are the steps we take:
- Items are packed in a cool environment
- Items are cooled and stored in styrofoam boxes throughout our delivery
- Shelter from rain and heat to prevent spoilage
Returns and Refund
Returns or Refund of items are only possible if:
- Item type is different as per order
- Item is completely unusable or expired
- Discrepancy in item weight is more than 100g as per order (before processing)
Items will not be refunded or exchanged if:
- Discrepancy in item weight is less than 100g as per order (before processing)
- Item is not identical to product images
Please allow 1-3 working days for the return/refund to be processed. Refund request received more than 2 days after delivery completion will not be valid for a refund.
